SPECIAL PROGRAM TO LOSE FAT AND GET TONED:$50
This is a very specialized workout from a personal trainer (myself) with 8 years of experience. This program consists of different workouts everyday with the goal to lose fat and get toned. We work two muscles per day and mix it in with functional training and cardio to keep it fun and exciting. With this training, our main goal is so you can gradually lose fat and look your best. I also will make sure you see personal gains while I keep you motivated so that you may continue reaching your goals. The training will be a max of 4 days of week for an hour at a time which includes a meal guide. I hope you hear from you soon!
